Cash transaction

Hi, I accepted a cash transaction from a credit card last Tuesday 8th March. This cash payment  still hasn't gone into my bank as yet. What do I need to do please?

Thanks for writing in and welcome to our community! 

When a sale is recorded as cash, you'll have to physically take the payment in cash, as only card payments are transferred across to you. The card would need to be tapped, or inserted on your reader to process a payment. If you accidentally recorded this payments as cash, you would need to reach out to your customer to process the payment by card. I hope this clears things up!
