When we go to sign into the Square Register, there is a message saying there is no Cash Drawer connected.
Our cash drawer is connected through the receipt printer and works fine. How do I stop this message from appearing?

@Summer2024 Can you please escalate this, It appears to have come recently for me after the update that delivered the removal of my logo from the staff facing side of the POS screen on my Square register. The first time it happened we had to reboot the drawer to get the drawer to open so we assumed it was the start of a bad cable or loose cable. However it was just a glitch and needed a reboot on the cashdrawer/printer system somwhere.
However the error persists on the screen as seen in the video

I am getting this message. More annoying is that it ends the current drawer and erases past history. So I have no idea how much cash should be expected in the drawer. Seems to have started when we started using the handheld scanner. We only have one drawer connected to the iPad, not the handheld. How can we use the handheld without connecting to the drawer, or connect without starting a new drawer?
