Card payments declining and shows 'no location' as the error?

Our system is sending orders and talking to each other for orders but when processing a payment, the system declines and says - location invalid. 

 

we've checked the settings along with connections and locations and they don't seem to have changed in the back end.

Can you please confirm which device you're seeing this issue with when taking payments?

- Square Register
- Square Terminal
- iPad using Square Stand or Square Kiosk

- Square Reader and the brand/model of the device it's paired with (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy A13)

Invalid location errors typically occur when trying to take payments outside the country the device was activated in. Just confirming these payments took place within AU?
