Over the last few months I've been having issues taking Apple Pay payments via my Square Register.
A large percentage of people trying to use their Apple Watch, Phones, or tapping Credit Cards to pay are hit with an error : "Present One Card" on a blue screen and there's no way to get out of that except by restarting the POS and unplugging and plugging back in the Customer Facing Display.

Did you ever find a solution to this? We seem to have a problem with the first transaction of the day and then after that it seems fine, but its quite annoying for us and our customers.
We've been good for about 6 months now after a few Square updates. Every once in a while it comes back for a random card, but nothing consistent. Good luck!
