Cancelling a refund

Hi, first time question here.

I just put through a refund on my square POS and realised it was the wrong one I tried calling Square customer support phone number but was hung up on by the IVR as I didn't know my customer code. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I know this is a little late, but for matter like this I think it's probably better to get in touch with support directly. I would probably use phone in this instance:
