You're better off asking on one of the WIX forums.
It would be an issue with the code needed to verify the website & it's implementation.
So with the Square online store that's all taken care of by the weebly team for us I know (going back a few years now) when I had a WIX store that it was all a manual task that I had to do myself & I was never able to get the code added that was needed for ApplePay etc.
Things might have changed - so take this with a pinch of salt!
