Can I create a spreadsheet from my square terminal to show which customers bought what items?

I need to record what club members paid for what items on spreadsheets. Can I create a spreadsheet from my square terminal to show which customers bought what items? And can I send that information to me by email? We're a small club and members pay dues, or pay for an event, and I need to keep track of what members paid for items.

Or can I send that information to square online so I can download it from my pc?

Hi @treasurer58.  There is no standard functionality in Square Terminal (or any Square POS) to do this. However, you can go to your online dashboard > Reports > Item Sales.  Select the date range you are interested in and any other filtering you might want.  Then you can export the CSV that includes customer names by clicking on

(Which mean export) and selecting Detail CSV.  You can then open this CSV in a spreadsheet like Excel and build whatever reports you need for your purposes.

Thanks. I stumbled on it this morning. I was too impatient, transactions don't show up online day of sale. And it took me a while to figure out how to find your answer
