Bookeo intergration GST

We have a Square POS in store and use square as the online payment processor in bookeo. We have integrated square with Xero and it automatically logs daily sales for accounting which is great. We have however noticed that in xero any purchase made through bookeo is getting filed as GST free. GST is attached in bookeo but I can't seem to get square to correctly file these transactions. Is there a setting somewhere as the filing is being generated by square but I cannot kocate where I can update this.

Did you get this one figured out?

How does your data transfer from Square to Xero? Are you using Amaka?

If so, this will be a setting you need to adjust in Amaka around how these transactions are being categorised into your Xero chart of accounts (each 'account' has a default GST setting applied to it).
