BEHAVIOUR CHANGE REQUEST - Weird pop-up location (Restaurants)

This pop-up shows up all the time for different tasks, but it DIRECTLY in the way of the buttons required for moving items from bill to bill... Can this moved anywhere else on the screen, or just disposed with altogether?

It's a useless notification anyway, we can manually move things back. It happens every time you move anything.
