@stillriver Welcome to the Community. Yes, the Hub for Square Terminal can be used for a USB receipt printer, but the important part is that the exact Epson printer model has to be supported by Square.
Connect the printer’s USB cable to the Hub, then on the Terminal go to:
More → Settings → Hardware → Printers
If the printer is compatible and connected correctly, it should appear there and you can create/assign a printer profile. Square says USB printers connected this way are hardwired to that specific Terminal.
Before buying the Hub, I’d check the exact Epson model against Square’s printer compatibility chart, because not every USB Epson printer will necessarily work just because it has a USB connection.
