I am using virtual terminal. Maybe its me but i cant get the scanner to work. I put the UPC number in my item manually. Then I go to checkout and scan it but nothing happens. Its a Royal PS700-LSR scanner. Are there any videos on inputting the upc into your item? I need help. Lots of it...lol
