My employee has tried to sign into the appointment app but it keeps circling back to where it wants her to sign in. She’s done all the steps to trouble shoot and still no luck ... anyone have any idea?

Super weird. Usually a simple reinstall does the trick. Can you list all the steps she went through? I want to make sure they're not missing any
Turns out I had to sign in with my log in info! 🤦🏻♀️Been a while so I forgot - so ya on her phone -her app - needed my sign in info 🤷🏻♀️
