A "ticket" prints every time we put in beveranges and leave the tab open. How do I stop this? I've been through all the settings and receipts is set to either off or manual.

Do you typically print order tickets for drink items, or would you prefer for drink items to not be printed at all?
I recommend reviewing your printer station settings and look over what you have checked off under "categories to print". If you don't want drinks to print at all, you can uncheck that category. If you have multiple point of sale devices, you'll want to make sure the settings are the same on each one.
