customer sign in similar to a gym

hi guys - we are a community pantry who shops with people one on one -  im after an idea for sign in options similar to a gym membership ? something where people can book in for an appointment in a queue like at the Drs 

is there any simple integration where someone has implemented such a thing ?

If I understand your query correctly, you'd like to give your community members the ability to book slots for a 1 on 1 shopping session ?

If that's the case I recommend having a look at Square Appointments, which is our scheduling system and booking tool. 

With Appointments, you can create services of a chosen duration (in your case, a 1 on 1 shopping session), customise your calendar so members can only book when you’re available, and create a free booking site.
