Hi there, is there a system issue today with showing orders on the system? I sent a payment link to a good customer this morning which she paid immediately but I didn't get an email notification and nothing is showing on the online orders page. I left it until this evening, in case there was a delay, but there's still no order showing. However, I see the payment is showing on the Transactions page for today's date, with the last four digits of the credit card showing, so the order seems to have been paid. Using my iphone Square app, I see the transaction too, and the order, but it looks different to usual - no customer address is showing.
Any help would be appreciated. On this occasion, it's not so important, as I know the customer, but if it continues it may mean I miss orders coming in.

Ah, I've just noticed it's saying the type is "digital" where it has always read "shipment". Is this something new ... how do I change this for future payment links please?

When you created the link, which of the following options did you select?
Depending on the type of link you create, the functionality will vary.
For example:
Sell an Item won’t show up as an order in Square Online.
Sell Classes or Tickets won’t show up as an order in Square Online.
I'd suggest using Collect a payment in future if you have used one of the other options.
Let me know if this works it out.
Ah, now that's interesting because I'm sure I usually click "sell an item" which brings up the library etc., and I always get notification of payment in my "orders". I think this time I clicked "collect a payment" by mistake (and didn't get an orders notification).
