Hello @markdavine thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having this issue. Is the CVV number a four digit number? Amex CVV numbers are four digits as opposed to Visa and Mastercard using only three digits. I just bring this up because I've found this is usually the number one issue when I'm dealing with Amex cards.
