We will soon begin testing an integration that will allow you to connect Square Point of Sale to either the Brecknell 6700 line weighing scales. We are looking for early access users to try the integration and provide feedback prior to the wider launch later in the year. We would love to have you involved!
The integration will be available on Square Point of Sale on Square Stand and on Android tablets. Please note that that scale integration will only work with Square Point of Sale. It will not work with Square for Retail, Square for Restaurants or Square Appointments.
In order to participate in the beta programme you will need to purchase a Brecknell scale.
We will then send you a RS232-to-USB cable so that you can connect it to your Stand or Android tablet. If you are interested in participating in this beta, we will follow up with further details on suppliers.
