I can't add my bank account in square mobile app

Hello,

 

I am using Square's Android app to receive payments. I successfully added a bank account to receive payments. However, when I wanted to change my bank account, I tried to add my Trade Republic instead of the actual bank account but was unsuccessful.

 

Please help.

Hello @Steve1235 – I appreciate your patience while I got back to you. If this is an online bank that isn't supported by Square, the account will need to be a transactional account. Let me know if you need anything else!

Hello Maya,
I added another online bank account, and it worked perfectly. I don't understand what the issue is with this particular bank, Trade Republic. Could you please help?
