I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with a recent transaction on April 3rd, 2025. I made a sale of $1,200, but the amount deposited into my account was only $930.66. Based on Square’s standard fee structure of 2.6% + $0.10, the amount I should have received is approximately $1,168.70.
I’m trying to call them but they aren’t available and I can’t not get support through the app. What should I do?
