Cannot pass the identity verification.

Using a Spanish NIE (Identification Number for Foreigners) is not able to pass your identity verification and prompts that this document is not supported. The type of government-issued document cannot be identified.

The help file states that EU driver's licenses are accepted, but they cannot be verified.

Sorry to hear you're running into this. 

The documents we can accept would be: 

• Pasaporte

• Documento nacional de identidad del Reino Unido, de la UE y del EEE

• Carnet de conducir de Reino Unido, de la UE y del EEE

If your document is a photo or copy, it will not verified. Please let me know if you've been able to attempt the verification with a physical copy of any of these documents.
