Anyone else noticing over the last 2 weeks that Online is not syncing with the Dashboard and POS but ONLY for prep times on pickup and delivery?
Dashboard and POS will show 1 hour for instance, the website will show 30 and on and on.
And today the POS updated and now shows a new screen when in Orders and choosing the clock for order timing, it doesn't work and it's made order times on screen crazy times like 2 am but receipt shows correct time 🤣
ve had some timing issues but nothing that is quite the same. We've had square allow orders to come through even when we have our throttling set at a spcific number of orders and more so when our fulfillment time has been pushed out-IE in square we have fulfilment at 45 mins and we get an order come through for 5 mins time. We're also a pizzeria.
