Tax time is here, what have your employees that got the no tax on tips/overtime benefits said about the change?
My biggest gripe was the lack of clarity on how to track those items if employees didn't keep their last paystub for the year etc.
I did see it make a real meaningful difference for many of my workers, over 1k for a lot of them that really put in time this year.
