New "paid plan" pros & cons? - Deadline May 1

Hi, does anyone have thoughts on the new "paid plans" we're being asked to upgrade to?

 

We have a food cart and catering biz. If these are the only items being taken away, I don't see that we'll be missing much. Customers are used to getting text alerts, but I don't know how heavily they rely on them:

 

Self-serve (QR code) ordering
Order status text alerts
Time-based menus and categories
Custom embed code

 

I don't see anything in the new feature set solving issues we've asked for as a food business. Why would the rate go up from 2.6% + .10 to 2.9% + .30 by picking a paid plan (22/mo) unless we pick the 88/month plan, 2.6% + .30? (https://square.online/checkout/plans.)

 

I'd happily pay for useful new feature sets and a better / less buggy integration between the POS and Square online. We already pay extra for marketing emails, upgraded invoicing would be another charge...  What am I missing with these "upgrades"?
