A lot of restaurants are adding back of the house employees to the tip pool. I'd like to tip my back of the house 15% of the total tips, and 85% to the logged in front of the house employees, but Square doesn't have the functionality to do so.
Any ideas on how to do this manually without messing up the records that Square Payroll generates?
