communicating with existing clients

Hello, It would be nice to be able to communicate with existing invoiced (because we have already purchased invoice plus) clients more simply, instead of having to buy messaging plus.  Usually the communications are very brief interactions. 

For instance, 

Dear John, would you like us to duplicate your order from last year for your wife's birthday.  Or would you like some other options?

Confused- If you send an invoice, then you have your client's email- why wouldn't you just send an email?

Great question.  We have a lot of clients who respond directly to our invoices with square messages, when they have questions or requests.  However, sometimes if we need some clarification on an invoice (or anything else via square) we have sent to a client, we cannot directly communicate through our dashboard (which keeps a nice history log of all communication done that way) unless the client initiates the conversation via square messages,  Therefore, we would need to send that information via our branded email address.  Furthermore, our clients do find it confusing receiving information from two different sources, our square site(invoice, contract, appointments, estimate etc) and our branded email address.  It would just be nice and convenient to keep all conversation (information) easily under the client profile to which it pertains.  Also as I stated before it would be great to be able to send reminders to clients about potential repeated future orders without having to initiate an invoice, estimate, appointment or anything else, (sending these types of items sometimes are perceived as "pushy" or hard sales by the client) seeing that we are using the upgraded services.
