Upcoming Alpha: Drive Thru improvements

Hi Square Sellers! 

I'm Hadley, a Product Manager on our F&B team. I'm looking for any sellers who offer Drive Thru as a channel at their restaurants. Over the next two quarters, we're looking to add additional functionality, focused on making drive thru workflows faster and easier. 

We're looking for sellers who are open to getting early access and testing some of these features as well as working with our product team to provide feedback on the workflows generally. This will be a very small, limited group that would have frequent touch points with myself, our design, and engineering teams. 

If you offer drive thru or are planning to add in the future, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi, 

We currently offer drive-thru! When we first opened in December 2021, we started as Drive-Thru only because my seating area wasn't finished yet. I have so many customers who hardly ever step foot inside because they prefer the drive-thru.

We have a drive thru at both of our locations which 65-70% of our customers use when they dine with us. Would love to be a part of this small focus group. Always looking at ways to make the process smoother and customers happier!

Scoop Dogg Dairy Bar has a drive-thru where customers order, pay, and receive meals or treats. We would love to test anything that would make this operation easier.

We currently have an LED printed sign in the drive-thru and digital screens at the front walk-up. We plan to add a digital screen to the drive-thru in the near future.

Exciting! We have a preferred partnership with The Howard Company and are building an Order Confirmation System with their digital menu boards so I'd highly suggest looking at them as your digital menu provider for the DT. Happy to connect you with their team as well for a demo, just let me know.

We're in the process of building a brand new drive-through.  Would be curious as to what changes are happening.  Is there a compatible hardware that Square is going to support for the drive through menu?

Thanks for letting us know! We're building an integration for Order Confirmation System with The Howard Company so I'd suggest looking at them for digital menu boards in the DT. I'd love to connect you with their team directly for a demo and discussion if you're open to it. This will be supported with all of our hardware on F&B POS modes. Let me know.
