Every since November my search bar does not allow me to search for a category. I have to know the exact item number! I have thousands of items with non-desciptive names, just the product number. For example, my hoopskirts have product names like MT19375. When I want to sell one I would open the hoopskirt folder and then pick the correct version from the pictures. Now that I can't search an easy to remember category name I have to either know the product name, scroll down to the category in my list (remember: thousands of items with a long list of different categories), or have a shortcut button on the register.
You would think that a short cut button is an easy fix, and it is when I'm at the register in my brick and mortar. The problem comes when I have a booth at an event. The app only has very minimal space for shortcuts and I have way too many items. Searching category names was simple and easy! Why remove it?
