The update to website visibility is not working as intended based on the patch notes. When entering an item to item inventory and selecting the option for Locations and Channels, the patch notes state that if website channels are selected then the visibility should automatically update to visible on websites.
The current workaround for me is to enter the item and save & exit the Create Item menu. Manually select the item and use the action menu by selecting Update Site Visibility.
And then select Update from the dialogue pop-up box.
This is a significant time sink and allows for less transparency and control than the prior version. Please get this fixed and stop using AI to update your customer facing processes and perform more testing before roll outs. .

We are still having issues with our inventory disappearing and re-appearing.
Finding very old product we know we erase and then newer items seem to be "gone"
Any news or feedback on this yet. Hopefully, they can find the issue quickly
