I sell vinyl records and each one is a unique item (not using Square to maintain an inventory with quantities more than 1). I replace my inventory each time I upload and import items and maintain my inventory in Excel. The option to replace the inventory has been removed in the new import items interface. Also, the new interface maps out the attributes and forces you to select up to 50 items to import at a time. I have over 1200 items to import which would require me to select 50 items 26 times to complete an import. Then I do not know if that would replace my Square inventory or add to it as there is no longer a replace option.
For now, the solution is to then choose the standard import option which is recommended if the attributes do not map properly. I suspect this link will go away at some point. The standard import still allows you to overwrite and replace all items at once.
The suggestion would be to still allow an import ALL and overwrite in this new import interface.
