Fairly disappointed is the updated appointments on the desktop. We are a busy shop and the new appointments design is unbelievably slow, adding items takes forever as it needs to load all our inventory just to have it find the part.
The Note section is far to small now and makes it hard to reread a job write up. I was "fine" with it when we found you could revert it back to the old style but now we have a message popping up that they are taking it away.
I would highly recommend not removing that ability to revert it back to normal Square, the changes that have been made in recent times have not been great(Slow loading, having to refresh windows) but we were able to deal with them but this slows us down way to much when we have jobs to book and customers in the shop waiting on us.
Honestly this is going to make me look for another system to use. It will become highly inefficient to use.
I can only imagine others are experiencing the same frustration as us and hope others will say something too.
