1) Allow two people to book at the same time. Create an option to select how many people are coming in for an appt at the same time.
2) Update service discounts so that when a client books a discounted service, it shows the discounted price when booking. Right now the price doesn't discount until checkout. This creates a lot of phone calls and questions, especially when new clients select one of the discounted new client services but their reservation confirmation has the full price instead of the discounted price.
3) Payroll: Enable tip reporting for 1099 contractors, I have to manually add in their tips for payroll
4) Enable us to have certain cervices as paid in advance, instead of an all or nothing approach.
5) Allow customers to use their gift cards to book the appt, to cover the cancel fee when booking, we get a lot of phone calls from new customers who have a gift card on how they can book without a cc.
6) Allow separate parameters for classes instead of following the same set up for services. We do not want students to have a 48 hr cancel window for our 2 day classes. There is no way to use the class booking option since the cancel window follows what we have set up for appointments.
7) add in an "add on" feature that pops up for applicable services, (ie. would you like to add on cupping for $15 etc)
