Last year we had someone enter an extra 0 in their tip and a manager just refunded it from the order, messing up everything that week.
I thought I learned the lesson and yesterday a customer tipped 200 by accident when it was supposed to be 20. I refunded the actual tip correctly this time, but yet in our daily and weekly reports it does not delete said tip, and includes that error into the weekly tips.
This is a HUGE problem as it could literally bankrupt a company without even realizing how it was happening.
For the love of god Square, fix this issue and update the refund tips layout.
Anyone have suggestions?
