Love the idea of the new feature just released "Move ready tickets to front on Kitchen Display System expo" but having a small issue with it.
The info states "An opt-in setting on the expo Kitchen Display System moves tickets to the front of the queue once all prep stations mark them complete." Keyword being ALL in there.
We have two prep station KDS screens in our kitchen. Our main prep screen that is the master screen (when cleaning any items, it clears on both prep screens) and our secondary one (used by the staff responsible for building out the sides for the meals). When they clear an item on this secondary screen, it only clears for them so they know the side has been made but the main prep screen is responsible for clearing the items once everything is complete.
In our experience with this yesterday, any time the secondary prep screen cleared an entire ticket (which means the sides were prepared), it then triggered the new functionality on our expo screen and moved it to the front with the banner saying prep complete. Which, in our use case was not correct as the main prep screen had not cleared any items or tickets yet because they were still working on the main items.
From how I read the new functionality, it should only trigger the move on the expo screen once ALL prep KDS screens mark the items as complete. Is that correct? If so, there is a bug as it's doing so anytime just one of the prep screens clears it. We would love for it to be as it reads and only trigger the functionality once ALL prep screens mark the items/tickets as complete.
