Hey everyone, I'm a business owner on Square and I built a small app to solve a problem I kept running into on the floor.
During busy services tables kept falling through the cracks, not because of bad staff, just because when multiple people are covering the floor everyone assumes someone else has it handled. I couldn't find anything simple that fixed it so I built my own.
It's called TableFlow. An iPad at the pass shows your whole floor in real time, every table colour coded by where it is in service. Seated, drinks in, food away, bill out, paid. Runs too long and it flags amber then red.
Works great for restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs or anywhere that runs a floor and needs staff on the same page during service.
The goal is to get TableFlow listed as an official Square add-on so it lives right inside your Square POS, no separate device, no switching screens, just seamless service tracking built into the system you already use. The founding pilot venues are the ones helping us get there.
