Anyone know where we go to submit a BUG REPORT

I'm trying to submit a bug report about a website feature that isn't working correctly (ie, the sorting feature doesn't stick when switching categories/pages on a website), but the 'help desk' people keep trying to send me to the 'feature request" page. I'm not asking for a feature to be added, I'm trying to report a technical issue about a feature that isn't working properly.

Hey @tecichan. So there is no formal place to do this.  However, I'm going to flag your post to get the attention of someone.  That being said, I've seen this topic come up before.  And, as I recall, it was determined that this is working "as it was designed," and therefore not a bug.  A bug (ie-technical error) and a design flaw (ie-not working the way you THINK it should) are very different.  My point is, don't hold your breath.

But it is a bug- because the sort feature itself doesn't change- ie, when sorted 'price high-low' during changing pages/categories, the sort feature still shows as being sorted to high-low, but it is no longer sorted on the page. 
*edited to say, that if it is specifically designed to reset on each page/category, then the sort bar itself should also reset, rather than stay stuck in the sorting selection that the customer has chosen- this is something that would make myself, as an unsuspecting customer, leave the website thinking that it's broken, and concerned that other things aren't working properly, either (therefore, worried about being scammed). We (sellers AND square) BOTH lose money because of issues like this.

@tecichan I would be glad to double-check this. To make sure I understand the issue correctly, are you talking about the sort by featured, prices, etc. on the page not sticking when you switch from one category to another on your Square Online site?
