Tracking employee, shift trades, being late, shift covers, mistakes

I wanted to suggest more automatic and noted employee performance tracking.  It would be helpful to have it noted in their file how many times they logged in late, along with a place to write down mistakes or non-compliance.  How often do they trade shifts, ask for a cover for their shift, and cover others' shifts?  How many days do they miss work due to being sick and other events?

Does anyone know of a way to see which employee logged into the Dashboard, when they were logged in, and what they did while on the dashboard? We have a few employees with access (using their own logins) for various reasons and I would like to be able to run a report to see who did what and when (ex. who created a new item or deleted an item, who updated the website, were individuals actually logged in when they say they were, etc.). Some work is done from various work locations so I don't always have physical oversight and I want to be able to have reporting to leverage for use in coaching, performance reviews, etc. 

(Note - I have tried the Activity Log, but it only shows POS/Inventory activities related to sales etc., not back end updates.)

I would love to see this feature! We have several people involved in the website and item creation process and being able to audit who created or edited items would be a really useful training tool. Seeing who is logging in and accessing reports would also be very useful.
