Stock Action - Add new drop down option - Other

Hi! Happy Thursday!

When editing a quantity of an item, it would be helpful if an additional reason named "Other" with a notes field was added. Some of the current option don't relate to why I am changing the quantity.  For example, if the item was a donation or if the item was added to a mystery bag.  Please see attached iamge
