Slow Web Application Loading Times - Gradual Observation

Slow Web Application Loading Times - Gradual Observation

Despite running on fiber-optic high-speed internet with a powerful setup—Intel i7, 32GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD—I continue to experience extremely slow load times on your web application. Even after clearing my cache and testing across multiple high-performance devices, the issue persists and appears to be worsening. I often wait several minutes for pages to load, which is unacceptable.
This is not a user-side problem. It’s a systemic issue with your backend infrastructure. Based on my troubleshooting, it’s clear your server capacity has not scaled in proportion to your company’s growth. The delivery of data should be near-instantaneous at this stage.
I urge you to prioritize backend optimization and improve the responsiveness of your web application. Efficient load times are critical to user experience. Consider exploring modern solutions like blockchain or Web3 architecture, because the current performance feels stuck in a Web2 paradigm.

Hi @InHomeInfusion - Thank you for sharing such a detailed report of your experience and the steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot. I haven’t seen other reports of slow load times like the one you’re describing. Could you confirm if this is happening across multiple devices or browsers for you? I’ve passed your feedback along to our team, and if anything changes, we’ll make sure to update this thread. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Even with a high-speed fiber connection and a powerful setup, slow load times can happen due to server or app issues.
