Shipping with square for restaurants.

After chatting with a representative, I was advised that because my account was set up with OOFE (online ordering for everyone) and because I sale food & beverage items I am not able to offer any shipping options through my website of from my account. I was advised that I will need to create a second account and create a second website in order to do so. This is very unfortunate and inconvenient. Yes, I sell food and beverage, however I also have physical goods / merchandise related to the business that I would like to be able sell and ship through the same account so that all sales are accounted for under one account and this is not an option. Please review this and make a change.

I also have this issue. I was advised to create a new account that is not a Food/Beverage type and I would have to redo all the work that I did in the new account. I spent a lot of time on my account and I don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary.

@kpay1 PLEASE make it a feature to be able to change the account type from OOFE to a non-food/bev account.

That's interesting - are you using an upgraded Weebly powered site? I to have a restaurant and ship our empanadas frozen nationwide and was able to set up shipping on my account. We currently have a Square Online Plus Account for our website and it provides us with the capabilities for pick up, delivery, and shipping. See below:
