Referral program for OUR customers

Still waiting for a solution to this problem. You clearly understand the importance of being able to refer business given your referral program for us to bring you new customers, well we need the same thing. I have loyal customers that have been purchasing from me for years and I want to find a way to credit them for referring new business. I’ve tried 3rd party services which are difficult to track and are costly. We need a simple referral system that lets us look at our customer and reward our customers within the app easily. Shopify has it, why can’t we?

@EricaMaya , I’ve been using a referral platform called ViralRef, which is specifically designed for Square merchants. I genuinely love it. I know the owner personally, and he’s currently seeking merchants who are willing to provide feedback in exchange for three months of free services.

The irony of Square having their own referral program but not giving us one is wild. We felt the same way, tried 3rd party tools, hated the complexity and cost. So we built ViralRef.
