I am a small business owner using Square's POS and Loyalty programs and am very pleased with the system's benefits in helping us streamline operations and retain clients. I noticed that Square itself uses referral program (https://squareup.com/us/en/referral-program) for its own growth, but this feature is not yet available as an option within the Square POS or Loyalty systems for businesses like ours to leverage.
A referral program would be highly valuable to small businesses like mine, as it could incentivize loyal clients to bring new customers through our doors. Many small businesses rely heavily on word-of-mouth and personal recommendations, and a built-in referral program could amplify this effect by offering rewards or loyalty points for referrals. With this feature, Square could further empower its customers to grow their businesses, attract new clients, and increase loyalty—all in one system.
Could Square consider developing a referral program feature that integrates seamlessly with the existing POS and Loyalty offerings for business owners?
