Quick select for Sales Taxes

We are a mobile business that does events around the country across many states. It is only one register/ location, but across multiple states.

We sell both pickup and delivery orders. Currently, there is no easy way to toggle between sales taxes applied at check-out. The only 'formal' way to do it is to have multiple locations, but this creates a lot of complexity. 

We would love a feature that allows us to switch easily between sales taxes applied at checkout.
