When having a cash sale the change due back to the customer needs to be larger. The amount paid cannot be the focus here and because that is bold it is. The amount due back to the customer is the most important part of that sale. So far this week my drawer has been off $35. That’s a lot of money considering it’s NEVER been off that much.
This system feature has cost me more money than it ever should have. I need that screen changed ASAP please!!! Whoever designed this page failed so hard. It’s clear the designer has no clue on what a business owner needs based on the last two updates to this page. They have been horrible. Please fix this ASAP! That page needs to focus on the change due, not on what was paid. Please please please fix this.
