Memberships for appointments.

I would love a way to have memberships with multiple levels for appointments that can be used in person and online. That can be customized with categories and items. This is just an example of how I would like to build them in Square. But it needs to be able to be used across platforms in Square, and if they could see it in their profiles, that would be great. 

Example:

Membership A: $10 a month or $100 per year (auto-renew)

benefits 

10% off retail purchases in-store and online(unlimited) 

$10 off a haircut (each month)

free bottle of shampoo (each month)

Membership B: $100 a month or $$ year

benefits

1 haircut 

1 color

10% off all retail purchases in-store and online

10% treatments added to appointment
