Make services bookable on certain days or adjust auto accept appointments based on days

Hi, currently we can make services bookable via the online channel in an all or nothing approach. Say there are some services we would like to offer during the weekdays only and disable the booking for the weekends. Can we have an options toggle to adjust which days specific services can be booked? Default would be that all are bookable and we could toggle a switch for a day. Currently we have disabled customer booking entirely for certain services and patients have to call in if they want that service so we can route it to a weekday.

Another option is to change the auto accept appointment feature to be for days that we choose. Right now it's all or nothing as well.
