We are a coffee shop with two square stands used for ordering drinks and food. A drive-thru and in house stand both printing to "kitchen" printers. In our case a hot drink station and a cold drink station. Recently the ability to designate which ordering square stand was removed. I received an email, after calling support that the change was intentional. I would very much like to have this feature back. This feature allows us to easily understand where an order goes and reduces confusion and mistakes. Making things easy and mostly foolproof is a key to reducing mistakes. Helping us to reduce the chance an order is misplaced or duplicated for the wrong delivery point. Please change it back to way it functioned before. We have been a loyal square customer for more than 10 years. I feel like changes are being made without regard to how it affects the end user. Making changes just to make changes without considering the consequences.
