I do a lot of my online sales through social media sites that all then get sold on my Square site. I have a group of moderators that help with those sales and receive a discount for their work. I would like to be able to have automatic discounts for that group of people for my website so that they will be able to also utilize another discount code. When customers are not ready to ship their order, they pay for their basket but use a HOLD code so that it takes off the shipping charge and we hold the order until they are ready. Sometimes our moderators hold, so I need for them to be able to have their 10% discount and be able to HOLD their baskets when needed.
