Gift Card and eGift Card Load Fee Surcharge

We do an annual deep discount sale on eGift Cards. Our customers love it and look forward to it every year. We benefit from the goodwill created by the promotion as well as the zero-interest loan which helps to carry the business through the slower months. The load fee really squeezes our margins on the discounted eGift Card product. It would be wonderful to have the option to automatically add a "load fee surcharge" to the customer side of each eGift Card and/or physical Gift Card transaction to help offset this cost to the business. Thanks for your consideration!

I do think this would be a great feature, but if I may, have you looked into the Square Premium plan? Depending on how much you spend over the year on load fees, perhaps it's worth it to you since gift cards have a 0% load fee under that plan. The price is steep, but if you are already paying x amount for load fees, you might as well get some perks out of it.

@schaefferjosh  Yes, the no load fees have been a nice bonus to the Square Premium plan. Obviously, it's a small portion of the full subscription picture, but it's worked out for us.
