Forms are now Contracts?

For my Esthetics practice having to send customers contracts for everything seems severe. I need to send intake forms and pre/post appointment guidelines and I need to be able to refer to these contracts (used to be forms) with ease which also isn't available. I refer back to a clients intake form (now contracts) regularly for health information or to check how they filled out certain questions again for treatment safety/etc. You can only access the contracts directly from their appointment not from their profile or from searching it in the contract section. The workflow of this for service providers makes absolutely no sense and does not suit our business structures or environments well. Paying for Square Plus but having to use a separate subscription platform for Forms also seems to not make sense.

Absolutely agree that using Contracts without the option to edit simple things like the name or access them simply through the customer main record is not fit for purpose for a fully integrated booking system product.

(If you were ever making changes to the Contracts/Forms options, I would also ideally like the option to be able to have different forms go out based on rules I set like eg.

- if they completed "intake form" within the past 3 months send them "follow up form" instead)

I would agree, seems a little too formal and too professional business like. Can be a little off putting
