Feature Request: Automatic Discounts Using Customer Group and Category

I'm looking to create an automatic discount for staff but only on selected items.  It appears that I can only do one or the other?  Does anyone know if its possible to do this?

Yes please! Expanding the Automatic Discount rules to allow "AND" based logic would be helpful in so many cases with all types of businesses. Employee discounts, Member Discounts, VIP Discounts, Marketing Discounts, and Friends and Family Discounts are just a few of them.
